What You’ll Do

  • Generate Leads: Use door-to-door sales, cold calls, referrals, and targeted outreach to engage new customers.
  • Conduct Inspections: Evaluate properties, including attics and crawlspaces, for pest issues and develop solutions.
  • Build Proposals: Estimate job costs and recommend tailored service plans to meet customer needs.
  • Close Sales: Present findings, answer questions, and complete contracts using company-provided technology.
  • Achieve Sales Goals: Drive revenue by meeting and exceeding monthly and annual targets through a mix of assigned leads and self-generated business.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Physically Ready: Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces.
  • Flexible: Open to occasional weekend work to meet customer demands.
  • Technology-Friendly: Comfortable using iPads and sales software for documentation and client interaction.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales experience (6–12 months preferred, but not required).
  • High school diploma or GED (college coursework a plus).
  • Knowledge of pest control services such as termite control, TAP insulation, or commercial pest management is advantageous.
Day-to-Day Operations

  • Execute a structured sales process, including cold outreach, follow-ups via email and text, and in-person visits.
  • Target key markets like termite control, TAP insulation, bed bugs, and commercial clients.
  • Leverage local networks such as business listings, chamber of commerce events, and real estate agents for leads.

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
